            Under the provisions of Article 30 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the pre-conference Circle Working Committee Meeting of the Association will be held at Bhandarkeri Mutt, Sri Krishna Temple Premises, Udupi 576 101 on 14.05.2016 at 1000 hours.

Agenda:-

1.   Confirmation of the minutes of the last CWC held on 25.09.2015 at Mangalore.

2.    Approval of the Biennial Report of the Circle association for the period from 10.03.2014 to 13.05.2016.

3.   Approval of audited accounts of the circle association for the period from 10.03.2014 to 13.05.2016.

4.   Organizational and Financial review of the association

5. Any other item with the permission of the Chair

6.   Organization review.

All the CWC members are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
