Subject: Agenda for Bimonthly
meeting with PMG NK Region Dharwad.
Respected sir,
Kindly consider
the following points for the bimonthly meeting,
Old items,
1.
Increase bandwidth of Sify network in
administrative offices.
2.
Workshop/Training for attending computerized
(CBS &McCamish migrated) office to inspection/visit. Increase of bandwidth of
Sify network in administrative offices.
New items..
1.
The assessment of workload of the Sub Divisions
in NK Region.
2.
The annual inspections are also to be treated as
surprise visit of that office. There is
a paucity of time, it is very difficult to visit 4 SO’s & 4 BO’s apart from
regular inspections. Hence it is requested to treat annual inspections are also
a surprise visit.
3.
Recovery of mobile CUG amount without intimation
to the concerned. Since November 2015, most of the CUG numbers usage
officers/officials amount recovered from their salary by stating excess usage,
without providing call details or opportunity to explain.
4.
Considering the request of IP/ASP’s.
Following officers will attend the meeting, it is requested to make
relief arrangement for them to attend the meeting...
