It is learnt from our counsel that, today respondent i.e. Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance has filed counter reply to contempt petition filed by Association under No. CP/180/137/2016 (in OA no. 180/289/2013)before Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench. Two weeks time is granted to us submit our reply.
