Sir, How about absorbing all the existing surplus IPO candidates into the Postmaster Gr II, having equivalent Grade Pay, without forcing them to write Postmaster Gr I exam?
ReplyDeleteSir, The surplus IPO candidates have already troubled themselves preparing for the IPO exam, but as for their ill-luck, they are not appointed as IPO. Now, they have to prepare for the next IPO exam or for the Postmaster Gr I exam. I feel that it will be wise to absorb them into the Postmaster Gr II so that our Department can utilise their talent instead of rejecting them outright on account non-availability of vacancy and forcing them to trouble themselves unnecessarily wasting their time and energy.
ReplyDeleteIt is very much disappointing to mention in this blog that the DPS of SK region Dr Sharavanan, an IPS officer rank is commonly using unparliamentarily words on IP ASPos . In one such occasion one of my colleagues, shared that the DPS uses the word BASTARD every now and then. He may be thinking that he is in Police Dept not in Postal Dept. More over he should be ashamed to be in Post Office Organization if these words are coming from his mouth. I made a complaint to our Circler Secretary and the President over this issue. But both of them have not yet taken any action. Nothing of this communicated on the blog. Now, many of the staff including those working in the RO murmuring that he uses such words. That is why I dare to mention this in the blog.
ReplyDeleteI ask the DPS, A Doctorate, to mend his ways if at all he is talking like this and not to speak with loose tongue. Let him talk directly with those words with the individuals to whom he wants to fire then at least one of us can take some appropriate action and appropriate level.
In kannada there is a Proverb” KAMALE ROGADAVANIGE URELLA HALADI”. or “NALIGENE KULA TORISUTADE” Is these proverbs apply to the DPS, .Dr Sharavanan !!!!!!!!!!
It is very ashamed to learnt about the words used by the DPS SK Region to the IP/ASP, no one here come for anybodies work. Here all are working for the organisation. We can achieve our goal by work together not by using such words. We feel very bad.
ReplyDeleteThe circle secretary and President may take this matter seriously and took appropriate action in this regard. If they sit like mum than the members who are suffering may fight individually.
ReplyDeleteWe really appreciate the one may be there for raise his voice, otherwise all have to sit like a dummy and hearing the words whatever they say. The President and Secretary should took this matter to the appropriate authorities and also publish in this blog about under which situation DPS used this word.
ReplyDeleteinduction trg for IPOs at saharanpur is from 07.02.11, at vadodara it is from 31.1.11. What about the schedule of trg to IPs at PTC, Mysore?
ReplyDeleteCan any body inform what is the staus of alloting surplus candidates of 2009 (exam held on 04-06 Jan 10) ? When trg will be scheduled for them?
ReplyDeleteInstead of raise the voice individually against DPS SK Region, better to raise the voice by the Association with CPMG & also with Directorate level through CHQ and take action to shift the erogent DPS to some other circles.
ReplyDeleteI feel mere shifting to other circles won't help , there also these people will not mend their ways and trouble some other IP/ASPs of those circle . It is time that we stand united against all such officers who think themselves to be god after passing an exam . They very easily forget that they are only employees of an organisation and IP/ASPs too . We work for government and are not their servents on whom they can shell out their vengeance .
ReplyDeleteThere should be some code of conduct at office premises and that applies to one and all let it be a MTS (Group-D ), PA , IP/ASP or IPS . Everyone has a dignity and should be respected. Every now and then such incidents happen but so easily we forget them and let go all the time which gives such people courage to repeat abuses. If one of them is at least made to learn a lesson I believe the whole clique of such officers will improve .
CS Sir ! will our association take some action in this regard or remain silent as ever to invite a repeat of the incident ?
action taken by the president and circle secretary may be posted in the blog for information of the members
ReplyDeletei think these president and circle secretary are not doing any thing for the members or welfare of the members. President and circle secretary views on this anonymous message should be published in the blog immediately.
ReplyDeleteShame on DPS for his behaviour. He is proving himself by such act that he is not a good administrator nor a good humanbeing. Being an officer, let him behave cordially with the IPs/ASPs which is the need of hour.
ReplyDeleteWishing Happy Pongal to DPS. May this Pongal changes his rude behavior and make him a human.
ReplyDeleteIf DPS is not an human being stating words like that, are we? If we are correct & doing our job correctly, then why should anybody questions about our work? Dont feel shame for DPS behavior, wont waste time for judging ones behaviour or what he told to our colleagues. just think if he is bound to tell words like that somewhere or for some extent we may away from work assigned to us. lets concentrate on works to be done not on criticizing others. Lets achieve our goal{in work assigned to us } and prove him what we are.Not by wasting our precious time discussing like these things.
ReplyDeleteI too agree DPS should not use words like that as everybody have their own dignity.
WISHING YOU ALL HAPPY SANKRANTHI
LETS ALL WE TALK GOOD WORDS {EVEN DPS & ALL ANONYMOUS} ] AND DO GOOD WORK ALSO
please avoid comments on any person, it may be his natural way of expressing dissatisfaction against the official.
