Informal meeting with the DPS(HQ) and CPMG Karnataka Circle Bangalore on 15-06-2016

Circle Secretary Sri Manjunatha G Hubballi along with Sri Vasudeva Chathra President and Smt Sucheta Hegde Vice President visited to Circle Office Bangalore and met the officers. The resolutions passed during 37th Circle Conference Udupi has handed over to officers and discussed in detail. Officers shown positive response in all issues and assured resolved at the earliest. Those not comes under the purview to take up with the Dte for further necessary action.

RESOLUTIONS

Karnataka Circle

Resolution of the 37th Karnataka Circle Conference held at Udupi on 14.05.2016 and 15.05.2016


1.    It is resolved to request the Circle Administration to ensure uniform road mileage reimbursement system in entire circle to IP/ASPs.

2.    It is resolved to request the Circle Office to ensure that all the pending bills to the Sub Divisional Heads in respect of RPLI are drawn and disbursed.

3.    It is resolved to request the Circle Office to provide clerical assistance to the Sub Divisional Heads and also to take up with the Directorate through GS. 

4.    It is resolved to request the Circle administration to provide laptops to all the IP/ASPs working in DO/RO/CO/RMS/NSH and also to replace the existing laptops of the Sub Divisional Heads with higher configuration to meet the needs of present days as the prescribed life time of existing laptops is already elapsed.


5.    It is resolved to request the Circle Administration to re-examine the time schedule fixed for the departmental enquiries and to re-fix the same in a realistic way by taking into account the real constraints faced in the Rule 10/Rule 14 inquiries.


6.    It is resolved to request the Circle Administration to impart practical and realistic institutional training at PTC, Mysore  to all the IP/ASPs working in the  entire Circle on Finacle/McCamish, CSI and RICT.

7.    It is resolved to request the Directorate / Administration to define the actual role of IP/ASPs in the inspection/visit of migrated offices and to supply the revised questionnaire [CHQ point].

8.    It is resolved to request the Circle Administration to provide good quality office accommodation as per the schedule of Accommodation with basic amenities to the Sub Divisional Heads.

9.    It is resolved to request the Circle Administration to invite IP/ASP Association to RCM Meetings.
