Bhuvan governance application for Department of Post is hereby provided with option for geospatial display of points and photographs and at the same time moderation of the points created by respective post offices, as follows.

There are 2 privileges.
- Moderation
- Viewing the progress of other states
1) Moderation
The Login credentials was communicated through email. kindly check your DO mail for further action. Login using the given credentials of your state.
On successful login, the user will be able to see post offices of All India (ALL option) or any particular state of interest. Users can also use date filter to see the progress of particular state.
Along with view, there is an option ‘Enable Moderation’ button. On click of the button, based on the state login, state boundary will be selected and points will be available for moderation – “Accept, Reject and Edit.
Accept – Points will be accepted directly.
Reject – Reason to be provided for rejection for reference and correction
Edit – spell mistake or fine tuning info can be done and accepted .
‘Accepted, Rejected and yet to be moderated’ can be viewed by selecting the respective options and These 3 category can be distinguished by 3 different colours ‘Green, Red and Cyan’ respectively. Accepted points will be categorised as 5 groups – HO, SO, BO, DO and others post offices and will be visible to citizen.
