All Circle Secretaries, CHQ officer bearers and members working in COs are once again directed to request their circle administration to update the list of Inspector Line officers of batch 1992 to 2000.
Directorate have already forwarded the copies of seniority lists of Inspector Posts cadre officers from 1992 to 1999 to each circle in last month with a direction to delete the names of the officers who retired on superannuation, retired voluntarily, expired, promoted etc. from above lists. Only the names of actual working officers in the circle /on deputation to other circle/office (i.e. Postal Directorate, CEPT, PTCs etc.) should be kept ready.
After receipt of above information, Directorate will call for APARs of officers in the ZOC from all circles for holding of DPC for the year 2016-17 on time.
GS has already directed to all Circle Secretaries to take weekly review of this or they can himself prepare/update the lists and hand over to the circle administration for early preparation etc. which will also help our cadre people to know the circle seniority etc.
It was also directed to each CS that the updated list of their circles may be published/posted on their circle's blog. But as on date nothing is heard from Circle Secretaries.
