 They have requested personally many times to your office but unfortunately their requests were not considered. They are working in the region leaving their family behind in their hometown for various reasons. If their request is not considered at least after one year of service in the region, then it will lead to demoralizing the officers.

Respected madam, is well aware that the officers working at farther places from their home always face difficulties resulting in frustrations.

Hence, the Association appeals to your kind honour to kindly examine favorably the request of the above officers and take a benevolent decision in the matter.
