  1. The Bangalore AIC is a great success because the gift items were distributed to few OA/PAs and Group B officers and not to actual members of the association. The reception committee would have thought about giving the gift/momento atleast to the members of karnataka circle as AIC is organised in Karnataka. Also on the day of open session arrangement for food is not good. The members of bangalore city especially ladies were taking food eventhough there was a long queue and members from outside were waiting in queue. Please learn how to treat the guests.

  3. Thanks for giving feedback by our friend in the earlier comment.
He stated that, gift items has to be given to all Karnataka circle members of association. But, the gift items have been distributed to all the members of Karnataka Circle and out of circles who are attended Conference. Further, it is not feasible to distribute the gift items to other members who are not attended conference. Because, it is the bounden duty of the every member of the Association to attend the conference actively, as we are hosts.
In future, all members are requested to attend the every conference either Circle or All India and make it success.

    Thanks,
    ATR, Karnataka Circle Association.

    1. The reception committee has already decided to distribute the gift to all the members who have attended and also to members who contributed Rs 1000 donation from Katnataka circle. The members who attended the conference have been requested by the reception committee to take the gift item for the members of their respective division who has contributed Rs 1000. But however anybody has not received the gift but paid Rs 1000, they are requested to send email to aic2012bangalore@gmail.com. The reception committee is making efforts for finalizing the list and send the same to the members who did not attend but paid Rs 1000.

  4. It is the (bad) practice of those who are responsible to answer (almost in all circles) to ask for the identity of the person who is blowing the whistle. In my opinion ,the matter raised is important than the identity of the person who raised it. Why the identity is necessary. Is it correct to say that if no identity is revealed, the matter raised is false and if the identity is revealed then it is correct?????? Think.......

  5. Sir Ji,
Above comments are not serious issues. The main issue is GP 4600 for IPOs and fixation of Pay wef 1.1.2006 and that too with 1.86x7450 basic calculation+4600 GP.Even for ASPOs above formula is not applied by our departments intelligent AAOs/AOs. However in other departments above formula is applied. The CAT case file was moved from ADG Estt to Director Estt and then to DDG Estt with positive note as was informed by Shri Roop Chand to some of my friends. Now where is the file and what is the status? No body told about the file in Banglore conference. Can we expect from new GS to answer or some body else will inform the members of IP/ASP Association. Please act fast and bury the trivial issues.
    Thanks
    ASP Patil

  6. Instead for fighting for the gifts it is important to fight nail and tooth with the administration for getting our right i.e Rs 4600 for IP Cadre.Inspite of our win in the court of law Dte is dillydallying the issue on one plea or another. The intention is best known to them or our erstwhile GS.

Since, GS is selected from MH Circle we will have to watch out for his performance. It is learnt from reliable sources that he was shunted to Sub-Dn by CO. In the speech at Bangalore newly elected GS has categorically accepted that he does not enjoy support of his panel as there are 2 groups in MH Circle. Under these circumstances it is not possible for expecting good result from person who does not have backing of his men. I pray to almighty to save out cadre from the clushes of Administration.
