Subject : Updation of Inspection questionnaire.
Respected Sir,
The 40th All India Conference of ALL India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts was held at Rajgir on 9th and 10th February 2018 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following resolution was passed unanimously by the house in the All India Conference.
“ AIC Rajgir unanimously resolved to request Secretary(P) to give directions to all Heads of Circles not to resort to disciplinary proceedings against IPs/ASPs for inspection lapses until an updated consolidated questionnaire is supplied. It has been observed that Inspection questionnaire of BOs/SOs/HOs have not been updated after the implementation of latest technological software like RICT, CBS, CSI etc. The last revised inspection questionnaires for BO/SO/HO were issued in the year 2006. Since then, there have been a lot of additions, deletions and alterations to the Inspection Questionnaire in the changed scenario”
It is therefore requested to kindly consider the resolution in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.
We hope that an early action will be taken by the department.
