Old 1	Filling up of the vacant posts of IP/ASPs in the circle	The vacant posts of ASP cadre has been filled up. I/R/O IPs,  the vacancy position has been intimated to Directorate. There are 6 Direct IPs allotted to Karnataka circle, 5 IPs have accepted the postings and one IP has already been posted to SK region. The verification of documents of the remaining 4 IPs are under process.
2	Conducting training on Finnacle/Mc Camish to IP/ASP’s	The training has since been started to IP/ASP’s
New 1	Replacement of laptops to Sub Divisional Heads and supply of laptops to IP/ASPs working in DO/RO/CO	Laptops to Sub Divional Heads were supplied by the Directorate as they are having executive work. No instructions have been received from Dte to replace the old lap tops supplied by Dte. Desktops have been supplied to IP/ASPs working at DO/RO/CO.
2	Enhancement of amount for purchase of mobile handset to IP/ASPs	No requests pending.
3	Release of pending PLI/RPLI incentive/honorarium to IP/ASPs. Provision of incentive/honorarium through Mc Camish software.	Matter has been taken up with the vendor.
Out of agenda 1	Providing accommodation/office for association at Bangalore.	Informed to identify un used available space in local office to ear mark for association.
