Subject :  Repealing provisions of 100% verification of all types of  accounts standing opened at BOs.

Respected Madam,

          The 39^th All India Conference of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts was held at Jaipur on 13^th and 14^th February 2016 and above subject was discussed in detail. After discussion, following resolution was passed unanimously by All India Conference.

“In view of migration to CBS & extending of ATM facilities, it became unfeasible to carry out cent percent verification of Accounts, thus, AIC Jaipur unanimously resolved to request Secretary (P) to consider repealing of such provisions of 100% verification of all types of accounts standing opened at BOs and issue necessary direction to SB Division of Directorate in this regard”.

It is therefore requested to kindly consider the resolution in the interest of service to enhance the productivity and efficiency in quality of service.

          We hope that an early action will be taken by the Department.
