Respected Madam,

          Kindly refer to this Associations letter of even number dated 28/2/2015 whereby it was requested to convene the DPC for promotion to the cadre of Dy. Manager MMS.

It is to bring to your kind notice that the result of last DPC was released under Directorate Memo No. 6-2/2009-SPG dated 8/1/2014 vide which following 4 officers were promoted to the post of Dy. Manager MMS against the temporarily downgraded posts of Manager (MMS) at Guwahati / Chandigarh / Pune and Bhopal. Thereafter Directorate has changed the postings of three officers and posted them against the sanctioned posts except Shri Gautam Rudra.

           S/Shri Satya Prakash Sharma posted as Dy. Manager MMS Delhi and Pranab Chakraborty posted as Dy. Manager MMS West Bengal circle have already been retired from Govt. service on superannuation on 30/6/2014 and 30/6/2015 respectively.  Shri Gautam Rudra (West Bengal) posted as Dy. Manager MMS Bhopal against the downgraded post declined to accept the promotion. Now there are three clear vacancies in the cadre of Dy. Manager MMS at Kolkatta / Delhi and Chennai.

          It is therefore once again requested your honour to kindly convene the DPC for promotion the cadre of Dy. Manager MMS for the year 2014-15 at the earliest.
