    Two IP posts viz, OS and Q1 sub division are vacant from more than one year. The posts are being managed by ASRM (DO) and Q1 sub division is being managed by distributing the work among Q2 and Q3 sub divisions. In a long run it is very difficult to manage the work. Hence, it is requested to take up the issue with the higher authorities to arrange to fill up the post on regular basis or at least by making officiating arrangement. An early action is solicited please.
