Sub:  Request for grant of Grade Pay of Rs 5400/- to the ASPs after completion 4 years of regular service in G.P. of Rs. 4800/- earned under MACP Scheme.

          Your kind attention is invited to this Association’s letter of even number dated 15/6/2013 and subsequent reminders dated 16/9/2013, 11/11/2013 and 31/1/2014 and SR Section letter No. 10/9/2013-SR dated 25/9/2013 and 30^th September 2013 on the captioned subject.   

          As inscribed in the letters hitherto, your kind attention is hereby brought to the fact that the issue of grant of GP of Rs. 5400/- to ASPs and PS Gr. B officers after completion of 4 years of regular service in GP of Rs. 4800/- earned under MACP Scheme has not yet been solved even after lapse of considerable period.  

          It is therefore requested to intimate the present status of this issue to enable me to inform the same to the members of this Association, as they are eagerly waiting for decision taken at Directorate level in this long pending issue.  

          An early reply will be highly appreciated.
