Sub: Regular promotion to the IP’s for the vacant ASP posts in the Circle - reg.

Ref: CO letter No: STA/1-21/ASP/DPC dated 14.05.2013

As on date there are more than 8(eight) ASP posts vacant in the circle, but DPC was conducted only for one post vide above mentioned reference letter.  So it is requested to cause necessary favourable action to convene DPC for remaining unfilled ASP posts on regular basis instead of officiating arrangement.
