The minutes of bimonthly meeting with representatives of AIAIPASP held on 16.03.2012 at NK Region Dharwad-580001

ITEMS

1.       Filling up of the vacant IP Posts , eg: IP Bailhongal North, IP Sindagi etc

Both the IP Posts are being managed by additional charge. The divisional Heads concerned are addressed to make local arrangement.

2.       A separate tool for inspection of computerized offices by the inspecting officers.

Directorate instructions regarding inspection of computerized PO’s have already been circulated to the divisions from time to time for information and necessary action.

3.       System Administrators training to IP/ASP’s in the changed scenario of total computerization of all classes of offices

The training is now started by PTC Mysore for two weeks.
