ReplyDeleteFirstly,
ReplyDeleteI would like to bring it to the notice that who are the higher ups to give a score in our APAR? This is utter nonsense and illogical as who themselves do not possess communication skills, leadership qualities, team work and knowledge of rules and regulations are rating me on these parameters. It is a misfortune that I can not rate them on the same scale. If I were to rate them, then they would hardly score a three. Further, it is a misfortune of this country, that reverse rating is never taken and always misunderstood. This system is itself farcical and I vehemently oppose this. The association must take up the issue at relevant fora as it is demeaning, humiliating, disparaging a person's stature and killing the confidence.

Secondly, I would also like to bring it to the notice of the association that, the gradation list of IPs and ASPs in various circles in respect of Departmental and Direct are maintained differently based on which the IPs are promoted as ASPs. In Andhra and Kerala Circles, the gradation list of direct and departmental are maintained separately and promotions be made accordingly.
ReplyDeleteAs the majority of the members are from the departmental line and the so called leaders also from the departmental line, this issue will never be taken up in Karnataka Circle as the association leaders are all spineless and morons and are selfish. If you have guts to take up the issue, please take up the issue and get justice done to the direct IPs.

Regarding, All India meeting to be held in Karnataka, this is foolishness if direct IPs participate, as the agenda and the follow up is always by the departmental line and they will think only on their betterment and benefits. Hence, Direct IPs are requested not to participate in this foolishness and let us start our own association so that in some fora our problems will be heard.
