Today one new Judicial member joined court-2 in CAT, Ernakulam and because of this, afternoon session didn't take place in court-2 where our case is listed. The next date will be decided within three days. Further developments will be updated here in due course of time.

ReplyDeleteNow the CAT case postponed to 25.03.2011. I think, CAT is testing the patience of IPs by postponing the case again and again. Also our applicant is also update the date of next hearing wrongly on 22.03.2011 and on 25.03.2011.
Some gambling is going on between our DOP and CAT. GS & CS are please beware of this gambling.
5 years CR should be .....good.. to apppear for IP exam.....but some are habit of writing average .average....since Bucket was costly......
