Respected Madam,
Sub: Request to undo the injustice caused to IP candidates passed in the examination of 2009 batch of Karnataka Circle.-reg
Ref: Memo No STA/7-5/XVII dated 18-01-2011
This is regarding the injustice meted out to the IP candidates passed in the examination of 2009 batch of Karnataka Circle. The candidates from Karnataka Circle were relieved from PA cadre before joining PTC Mysore for training. But for our surprise many candidates from Andhra Circle were allotted to some regions and posted as IPs in various sub divisions before 31-12-2010. They relieved from the respective sub divisions as IPs and undergoing training at PTC Mysore with pay and allowances applicable for IP cadre. This appears to be a great injustice to the candidates of Karnataka Circle especially with reference to their service matters and future promotional aspects in the IP career. A representation received from IP candidates our Circle along with a copy of orders given to Andra Circle candidates is enclosed herewith for favour of kind perusal.
In view of the above, it is requested to provide justice to the IP candidates from Karnataka Circle on par with candidates of other circles passed in the same examination .
Thanking you
yours sincerely

Non drawal of RPLI incentive to IPs and ASPOs
AIAIPASP/Kar/2-1 /2011 Dated 20.04.2011
Dear Sri Roop Chand
This is regarding non drawal of RPLI incentive to IP ASPOs in the sub divisions. Consequently after introduction of new rate of RPLI incentive, the incentive part for the IP ASPOs who are very instrumental in procuring RPLI business and writing the CRs for every RPLI policy, are deprived off the incentive. The Directorate order No 26-02/2009-L1 dated 18.09.2009 is silent above the incentive to be paid to the SDHs. It is learnt that the Circle office from Karnataka taken up the issue with directorate already but no action has been taken in this regard. Now, the administration is reportedly of the opinion that No incentive need to be paid to the Sub divisional heads just for writing the CRs as it is also a part of their duty. You may be aware that the hard work of the SDH for procuring RPLI business and the work involved in it. The targets assigned now are being achieved only due to the hard work of the SDHs. Rather it is also requested that the incentive rate may be revised and fixed as minimum of Rs 75 per policy procured irrespective of the policy accepted or not / or the sum assured. If No incentive is paid to the SDHs for the work of RPLI, then better we can take a bold decision in this regard at the National level.
Therefore, it is requested to please take up the issue with Directorate and cause issue of orders from the directorate in this regard at the earliest please.
