Subject:  Filling up of the vacant ASP posts in the Circle reg

Respected sir,

                     This is regarding considering the request of IP’s and filling up of the vacant ASP posts in the circle.

                Many ASP posts are lying vacant in the circle for a long period. This is affecting the divisional administration and additional burden to the existing officers. Since more emphasis is being given to business and our circle is pilot circle for IT modernization project 2012 and having top position in all the fields, the vacant posts in the division are hurdle to achieve the allotted target and pressurize the existing officers.

Hence I request you to kindly take action to fill up the vacant posts at the earliest for better performance of the divisions and to give enhanced service to the members of public .

Subject:  Filling up of the vacant PSS Gr “B” posts in the Circle reg

                     This is regarding filling up of the vacant PSS Gr “B” posts in the circle.

                Many PSS Gr “B” posts are lying vacant in the circle for longer period for various reasons. This will affect the administration and additional burden to the existing officers.

Hence I request you to kindly take action to fill up the vacant posts on ad hoc basis at the earliest.

Subject:  Request to consider the re allotment of ASP’s from region to region –reg

Respected sir,

                     This is regarding the considering the request of ASP’s from North Karnataka Region to Bangalore Region.

                The following ASPs are working in North Karnataka Region from the dates shown against each. The request of officers is pending since long time. Respected CPMG sir has assured to consider the request of ASP’s for re allotment during last four monthly meeting. But unfortunately the requests of the officers are still pending.

                All these officers on promotion to ASP cadre allotted to North Karnataka Region, and still working in NK Region. After all ASP’s are also having family and you will appreciate the fact that any normal human being would like to be with the family or at least near to his family. The above mentioned officers are working in NK Region leaving behind their family in Bangalore for their children’s education and parents’ health purpose.

Hence I request you to consider all these factors on humanity ground and consider the request of ASP’s for re allotment to Bangalore region & place of their choice so that they can show better performance in their place of choice in the ensuing days.
