Subject: Deputation of Inspector Posts / Assistant Superintendents Posts in the Directorate.

Respected Sir,  

            Your kind attention is invited to this Association’s letters of even number dated 1/10/2014 & 19/11/2014 whereby a copy of application received from Bhola Kumar Singh, Inspector Posts, Addanki Sub Division, Addanki – 523201 (AP) seeking deputation at Directorate was forwarded, but till date no action is found taken on applicants application.

          It is learnt that AP Circle administration has not recommended the case of applicant for deputation to Directorate on the plea that there are acute shortage of IPs in the circle and moreover applicant has not completed three years’ service.  

It is therefore once again requested to look into the matter personally and arrange to issue deputation order of above named officlal from Directorate itself for deputation to Directorate in the interest of service.

Hopping for a favourable action and a line in reply is requested.
