Subject: Regarding re allotment of ASP’s from region
to region- reg
Respected sir
This is regarding re allotment of ASP’s
from region to region. There are some of the requests pending since 2010 for
Bangalore Region. Unfortunately those requests are not considered so for.
Recently the
directorate has issued instructions for re allotment of Gr “B” officers, on the
same analogy the re allotment of these pending requests may be considered on
top priority.
It is ascertained
that there is shortage of ASP’s in North Karnataka Region, those who are
getting promotion as ASP allotted to north Karnataka Region to make up the
shortage. Normally, the re-allotment requests for the other region considered during
this time. But it is observed that recently such procedure is not being
followed instead the juniors when promoted allotted to the regions where they
are working and as a result the senior officers requests still pending for
consideration. In the recent case when one ASP got Rule 38 transfer to
Karnataka Circle from Tamilnadu circle, he has been posted in the division
where the request of the senior ASP officer working in the circle was not
considered. It is injustice to the aspirants of the Bangalore Region.
The same was discussed in depth in four
monthly meeting held on 20.10.2014. Sir, you have assured to consider the
request at the earliest.
It is once again
requested to consider the pending re-allotment cases at the earliest please.
Thanking you
sir,
Yours sincerely,
