As per the direction of Post Master General North Karnataka Region Dharwad, the philately exhibition at Gadag on 9th &10th conducted in a befitting manner. It was conducted in cluster level. There are six Divisions participated in the exhibition. Gadag, Haveri, Dharwad, Bellary, Karwar and Sirsi. All the participants are actively participated in the exhibition. Sri M Mariappan Director Postal Services o/o Post Master General North Karnataka Region Dhrawad & DDPI Gadag District inaugurated the historical Gadag philately exhibition. Sri Jayaprakash from Udupi & Sri Siddappa from Davanagere attended as juries in the event. Sri K Basavaraj SPO's Gadag taken the lead and chairman of the exhibition. Sri R G Byateppanavar SPO' Haveri Division Haveri, Sri M Nagesh SSPO's Dahrwad Division, Sri P L Hadiganal SPO's Bellary Division Bellary, Sri J F Shekar SPO's Karwar Division Karwar & Sri B V Kurlekar SPO's Sirsi Division Sirsi attended as chief guests in the valedictory function. The my stamp and post crossing activities are promoted in the exhibition.
