Karnataka University Dharwad has conferred Doctor of Philosophy (Political Science) on Role of Inspection in Governance of Department of Posts to Hon'ble Shri Charles Lobo, Chief Postmaster General, Tamil Nadu Circle at Dharward on 26th August 2015. The officer has recently promoted to HAG cadre. Before joing as CPMG Tamil Nadu Circle, he was in Maharashtra Circle as PMG Goa Region and also PMG (Mails and BD). He is of 1987 IPoS batch. We are very proud to say that he belongs to Karnataka(Mangalore). AIAIPASP Karnataka congratulate the officer and wish him all the best.
