Message to the members of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, Karnataka Circle Branch

Dear friends,

As per Department of Posts Letter No.13/01/2015-SR dated 9^th June, 2015 circulated vide C.O. Letter No.WL/20-1/Rlg-Corr/Ch-IV/2012, we have to comply the verification of Membership for recognition of Service Association under CCS (RSA) Rules, 1993. As per the procedure prescribed in the Directorate letter dated 9^th June, 2015, all the members are required to submit the authorization in the prescribed Proforma (Annexure-I) (bearing the signature of Director (SR & Legal).

Members of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, Karnataka Circle Branch, those who have not already submitted the same so far, are requested once again to send the letter of Authorization in the enclosed Proforma (Annexure-I) (bearing the signature of Director (SR & Legal) to the Circle Secretary of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, Karnataka Circle & ASP Haveri Sub Division Haveri-581110, immediately.

The Authorization should be duly filled-in and signed by the member at appropriate places (Two places). This should reach by 30/06/2015 positively.  

Please prioritize the matter as the verification process 2015 is to be completed in a time bound manner.
