Subject : Regarding discrepancies in vacancies for Inspector Posts examination 2011 at Uttar Pradesh Circle.

R/Madam,

IP/ASP Association would like to invite your kind attention to its letter of even number dated 15/5/2014 and subsequent reminders dated 14/6/2014 and 19/7/2014 whereby it was requested to order for vigilance enquiry in connection with wrong calculation of vacancies by UP circle for LDCE for the promotion to the cadre of Inspector Posts examination 2011.  But instead this, Directorate vide letter No. A.34013/04/2014-DE dated 9/6/2014 has simply called for the detailed report on the factual position in the matter from CPMG, UP Circle, Lucknow which will never solve the issue and truthful position in the matter will not come into light.

 It is therefore urged upon to issue necessary instructions to DE division of Directorate to depute qualified officer from Directorate itself to investigate the matter in depth to get the proper justice to the candidates who appeared in the LDCE held in 2011.

An early action is requested.
