ReplyDeleteTheir is corruption in this AREA.
Previously, there were so many instances where a IP transferred to his home division even before completion of 1 year and after completion of 1 year. Now, Karnataka Circle is following a rule that no IP should be brought back to his home division before completion of 2 years. Is it a rule adopted by the Karnataka circle only and there is any ammendment to the Transfer rulings? I request to comment on the issue

ReplyDeletethis is not only happened in Karnataka, it is happening in TN circle also. Many of the PAs of chennai city division(tambaram/Regional office etc) are posted in Chennai City itself on their promotion to IP cadre. The surplus qualified candidate of Tambaram division though junior in merit list is posted in her home region whereas senior to her was thrown to other region. What a high level of drama in posting of IP in tamilnadu.
